Me: It is now! So I want to thank ! And I bet you're all wondering why Majiku was so thorough, because this way, even if you're only a novice at Photoshop, you can still use this tutorial!

About: The reason you save it as a *.PSD; *.PDD AND a *.PNG is because this way if someone points out the mistake, you can just go into the *.PSD and edit it. (Just remember to save the changes to to *.PNG too!) Why not just use the *.PSD? Because if you did, and accidently forgot to disallow people to download it, people could go in and edit your doll! this is just a way to help prevent art theft!
